• Question: whats the weirdest thing you have ever seen during your career?

      Hello ewok,

      I was in Iceland in 1996, shortly after a volcano blew up beneath a glacier, which result in millions of tonnes of water pouring out in a mass flood. The flood washed away everything, and when I got there bridges were on hills, buildings were in bits, very strange!

      It’s a fantastic place to visit ewok, it hasnt been there long enough to erode the rock into soil (doesnt it take a 1,000 years or so?!) so everything is grey, it’s very lunar-like apparently! And bizarrely full of German bikers who do the road circuit around the Island, must take a good week, the crazies!

      If you get a chance, definitely go, as long as you like eating fish!
