Clean energy would be an obvious one with no by-products. To be honest, I dont know why they dont go for the tidal barrage system here in the UK. We have one of the highest tidal ranges in the world, a guaranteed twice a day tide (unlike the sun if it is cloudy and wind when it isnt windy/too windy!) and we have the technological know-how, it’s a no-brainer to me.
I note the Severn proposed barrage got the thumbs down again recently (www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11564949) – probably due to the start up costs but it’s an easy option to me to get clean, sustainable renewable energy.
I think that whatever I invented would have to be related to renewable energy, probably something that would be an alternative to fossil fuels like coal and oil
hiiiiiii emilyyyyy, well, i would re-invent microwave popcorn that doesn’t need a microwave !!!!! 🙂 or an ecofriendly version of everything out there, they would be sustainalble and recyclable xx

I think if i ever invented anything it would be green (not as in the colour!)
and did not waste energy. 🙂
