      Hi Emily,

Easy. It would have to be a green and self sustaining, non-toxic and non-wasteful energy source, which didn’t hold any dangers or risks to our planet.

      Good question.

      Mark.

      A good question emilyh!

Clean energy would be an obvious one with no by-products. To be honest, I dont know why they dont go for the tidal barrage system here in the UK. We have one of the highest tidal ranges in the world, a guaranteed twice a day tide (unlike the sun if it is cloudy and wind when it isnt windy/too windy!) and we have the technological know-how, it’s a no-brainer to me.

I note the Severn proposed barrage got the thumbs down again recently (www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11564949) – probably due to the start up costs but it’s an easy option to me to get clean, sustainable renewable energy.

      Hi Emily

I think that whatever I invented would have to be related to renewable energy, probably something that would be an alternative to fossil fuels like coal and oil

      good question 🙂
