• Question: hi, if you created any object for any use, what would it be and why? :)

      Hi Emilyh,

      If it was anything, no matter how far fetched, then it would have to be some device that prevents drivers from driving dangerously. I don’t know in what form that might take. I am not sure that robotics would be the way forward either. The problem with any machine is that it can go wrong. If we trust too much in machines, we risk falling itno danger when they don’t do their job.

      Hello emilyh,

      I think it would be an invention to create clean energy with no by-products. We wouldnt have all these wards about energy resources then.

      To be honest, Im not sure why we arent going down the tidal barrage route – we have one of the highest tidal ranges in the world and it is guaranteed to happen twice a day (unlike wind!).

      Great question

      If I were able to invest anything at all, I think is would be a new type of building material that would make houses safer in fires or other natural disasters so that less people would lose their lives in such events.
