      It very much depends on the drug. Assuming you’re talking about illegal drugs the most commonly found are cannabis (usually cannabis resin or skunk cannabis), heroin, cocaine of an amphetamine of some type. Skunk Cannabis is often now grown in the UK in cannabis ‘grow houses’ – ordinary houses turned over to growing cannabis. Cannabis resin comes in mostly from Morocco and up into Europe via spain and Portugal, then to the rest of the content.

      Heroin is made by extracting morphine from opium poppys (mainly grown in Afghanistan) and then converting it to diamorphnie and cutting it down with various other substances. Most heroin comes via places like Iran and pakistan into turkey and Russia and across Europe into the UK

      Cocaine is made from coca paste and almost all of the Worlds cocaine is made in South America. Its trafficked into Europe mainly via Spain

      Finally amphetamines (ecstasy, speed or methylamphetamine) is made either in Europe or in the USA and trafficked from there.
