      Hello clairee8,

A good question! Im having to think about this one.

Probably Io, one of the most volcanic places in the Solar System, brought about purely by gravitional forces by Jupiter and it’s associated other moons!

Ive been watching Brian Cox, a top scientist! I try and ignore the boy band bit.

      hi Claireee8

tough question..some of the early discoveries of people like Robert Boyle (the father of modern chemistry) started us all on the road to significant discoveries. Newton and the theory of gravity was pretty good too…

      Hi Claire,

Lots of facts that are amazing, especially in maths, but the below fact is memorable.

Momentum is a product of a body’s mass times it’s velocity. Newton’s second law states that, ‘The rate of change of velocity is directly proportionate to the force acting upon it and takes place in the direction of that force’.

Now, it must be that, when a fly flies into the front of a train, the train must slow ever so slightly! See physics and maths says so!

      I like your question!

      Mark
