      Hello annabelll,

As I mentioned on a previous post, Im not that bothered to win, i’ve become involved in the project because I wanted to engage with younger scientists (like you!) and hopefully encourage them to keep at it, and who who knows? Perhaps a few of you may become the scientists of the future and replace me!

I know science isnt cool at secondary school, but as a job it can be great fun, is varied and the Nation needs scientists to push our knowledge forward and keep the economy going!

      Hi

I wouldn’t – Winning is a bonus to this exercise, the purpose is to educate and inspire students, and Im hoping we are doing that well 🙂

      Hi Annabellllllllll,

I would go to the extreme, of trying to be honest in my approach, helpful in my replies and approachable.

That is what I believe is the spirit of this event.

      Thanks
      Mark.
