• Question: sometimes when you learn about the person and how they died does their backround affect you and your work? if so how do you cope with that?

      Hello Vicky,

      Yes. It would be a very cold person to not be upset by a road death. However, it is extemely important to be professional and to put aside your feelings of sadness. The best way to serve the person who has died is to conduct a very thorough investigation and to present it fairly.
