      Engaging (or enthusing). This is because I think this is a fantastic event and opportunity to show students and budding scientists that scientists are real people and that science need not be difficult; it can be fun and very accesible.

      Ingenious – because an idea like this is unique, and so beneficial to students unsure what to do for a career. I wish I had a) come up with it or b) had the opportunity to take part in it as a student when I was younger.
