      Hi Dduuaainnee
I am not the brightest spark in the fire and I found physics perhaps more difficult. I enjoyed it, but biology and chemistry were more enjoyable and I found them much less of a challenge.

The message is to persevere. With success comes greater enjoyment and that feeds back into understanding. It is almost self-perpetuating. Keep at it.

      God luck.

      Mark.

      Hello dduuaainnee,

A good question! It varied, I was rubbish at Art and French wasnt that great either to be honest (which is why I did German, had to do one or the other!). I generally enjoyed science more, but history and geography ran close!

      Hi Dduuaainnee

I wasn’t very good at art or music (hence my current non skill at the Saxophone) but loved science , history and geography

      Hi

Probably English. I really didnt enjoy it which didnt help, but I was never very good at writing essays. I thought it wouldnt be needed as much knowing I wanted to be a scientist, but how wrong I was. I wish I had tried harder with it 🙁

I think that maths was probably my weakest subject but I didn’t really unerstand the style of teaching of my maths teacher. Once I came to University and learnt the same material (but with a different teacher) I understood it a lot more!
